Job Descriptions:
Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, including order tracking and resolve any issues that arise during the end to end purchase.
Ensure all operational purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Work closely with other teams such as manufacturing, finance, engineering and logistics to understand their needs and provide the necessary support.
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
Generate reports on purchasing activities, analyze data and make recommendations for improvements.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management with minimum 3 years of purchasing experience
Strong experience in SAP, specifically MRP, Creation and admendment of Purchase Orders, Proficient in MS Excel
Able to work independently towards achieving company and group objectives
Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
