Remuneration: Basic up to $4,000 + AWS
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: Mon – Fri | 8:30AM – 5:30PM

About the Role

Join a dynamic team in the manufacturing industry! We're on the lookout for a Procurement Officer to manage both local and overseas suppliers for machine components. You'll play a key role in sourcing, negotiation, and cost-saving, while ensuring seamless coordination with our internal departments.

What You'll Do

• Source and evaluate suppliers for machine parts/materials (local & overseas)

• Maintain and update an approved supplier list

• Coordinate with suppliers for orders & ensure quality standards

• Negotiate prices, payment terms & delivery timelines

• Align specs, certifications, and quality expectations with internal teams

• Arrange supplier training for designers/engineers (when required)

• Monitor project costs and ensure budget efficiency

• Oversee inventory turnover & purchase order accuracy

• Work closely with design, engineering, workshop & assembly teams

• Enforce procurement policies and handle administrative duties

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience (semiconductor industry preferred)

• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior role

• Basic technical understanding of machine components

• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
