About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Technical Lead / Senior Developer to join our team working on mission-critical enterprise applications. This is a hands-on role involving full-stack Java development, architecture design, and team mentorship, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to a team of Java developers through the entire software development lifecycle

• Architect, design, and build scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies

• Develop APIs, microservices, and backend services with a strong focus on performance and maintainability

• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and uphold coding standards

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver features efficiently

• Mentor junior developers and support onboarding of new team members

• Participate in architecture discussions, decision-making, and sprint planning

• Ensure compliance with security, quality, and SDLC standards

• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement system enhancements

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute innovative solutions

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of Java development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical or leadership role

• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs

• Experience with microservices architecture and CI/CD tools

• Good understanding of SDLC, secure coding, and agile development practices

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and lead technical discussions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
