As a Treatment Specialist (Telesales), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively contacting potential customers and promoting our orthodontics treatment services over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects, understand their needs, and persuasively communicate how our offerings can solve their problems or fulfill their requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists or databases.

• Develop a strong understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

• Build rapport with prospects, actively listen to their needs, and tailor your pitch accordingly.

• Deliver persuasive sales pitches and overcome objections to convert leads into customers.

• Keep accurate records of all interactions, update customer profiles, and maintain a comprehensive database.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

• Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not committed.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:-

• At least 2 years of proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in a similar industry.

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of the products/services being offered and the ability to convey this information convincingly.
