Working hours: 5 days work week, 9.30AM - 6PM

About the Role

Our client is a fast-growing company in the skincare and wellness industry. We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic IT Business Partner to drive digital transformation and IT excellence across operations. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on IT management with business partnering – working closely with the CEO and leadership team to align technology with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT advisor and partner to CEO, shareholders, and department heads.

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s IT strategy to support business growth.

• Identify and implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, licensing, and vendor management.

• Manage internal IT operations including network stability, server maintenance, data backup, disaster recovery, and user support.

• Implement policies for data protection, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and cybersecurity best practices.

• Plan and manage IT budgets and improvement projects across all business units.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Admin or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity (IT Manager, Business Partner, or Tech Lead).

• Strong command of CRM, purchasing/logistics, and sales IT systems.

• Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
