Maintenance Technician / Supervisor - #1105165

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Technician / Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) maintenance works across our project sites. The role involves manpower planning, on-site supervision, liaising with clients, and ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality completion of maintenance and repair tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and coordinate manpower deployment for maintenance and replacement works

• Assist in procurement of materials with the purchasing team

• Supervise M&E servicing, repair, and installation works on-site

• Prepare maintenance checklists and reports; liaise with clients on updates

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance work with clients

• Maintain proper documentation and risk assessment (RA) records

• Conduct site testing, commissioning, and prepare relevant reports/manuals

• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and safety requirements

• Collaborate with project teams to meet key milestones

• Support any other tasks assigned as required

What we're looking for

• Technical or engineering qualifications preferred

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a maintenance supervisory role

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and operation manuals

• Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and RA practices

• Effective communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
