Requirement
· Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
· 8+ years’ experience in after-sales operations and team leadership
· 3–5 years in spare parts sales preferred
· Proficient in MS Office, SAP BW, and CRM tools
· Skilled in problem-solving, multitasking, and organization
· Knowledge of sales contracts, processes, and budgeting
· Familiar with Environment, Health, and Safety standards
Job scope:
Collaborate with the General Manager on country performance, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Work with regional management to implement service initiatives and align local service plans with regional strategies.
Lead the Service team to meet business targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and Principals to stay competitive and foster effective partnerships.
Oversee team productivity, manpower scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure workshop equipment, tools, and vehicles meet safety and maintenance standards.
Manage warranty claims and maintain supporting documentation.
Guarantee repair quality meets manufacturer standards and timely completion of reworks and service campaigns.
Implement control systems to secure service records and technical documentation.
