Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Profit and Loss of Digital Print business unit.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across existing and new markets.
• Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and manage key accounts.
• Lead, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and market trends to senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to create compelling value propositions and campaigns.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the industry to stay ahead of competitors and market shifts.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention through service excellence and consultative selling.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the print, packaging, creative, or advertising industries.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage and grow a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire, coach, and lead a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
