About the role

DCS Power Pte. Ltd. is now looking for an outstanding marine operations professional to join our team in Tuas West. This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our marine department full-time, ensuring that we serve our valued customers efficiently and safely.

Job Description

1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

2. Coordinate and manage all engineering personnel to complete embarkation and disembarkation procedures, enter shipyard procedures, and enter PSA procedures

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and industry standards

4. Maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers and ship agents to ensure smooth service delivery

5. Familiar with the maintenance process to improve operational efficiency

6. Write service reports to improve customer satisfaction

7. Issue invoices to customers in a timely manner

What we're looking for

1. Master degree or above in engineering machinery or ship management

2. Rich experience in maritime operations or logistics, preferably in the shipping industry

3. Rich technical knowledge of maritime operations, including ship management, crew scheduling and equipment maintenance

4. Excellent communication and organizational coordination skills

5. Proficient in English, Chinese, listening, speaking, reading and writing

6. Proficient in written communication skills
