Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to resolve technical inquiries from ships/vessels on Nordic systems.
Maintain customers relationship with Company.
Review customer technical specifications and provide support to Application team for bidding of Jobs.
Monitor and follow up all quotes submitted.
Open new sales account.
Manage existing Sales agents.
Find new suitable sales agents.
Plan & drive sales team to meet sales target.
Issue & monitor owners' benefits.
Always on the look out for sales opportunities.
Present Company's goods and services to potential customers.
Have experience in international shipping.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Degree, Post Graduates Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic) or equivalent.
Prior experience in Marine/ Oil & Gas industries and shipyards will be highly advantageous.
Excellent in verbal and written communication.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsible , meticulous and able to work under pressure.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Experienced in SCADA/PLC system.
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
