Senior Associate, Expenditure (6+6 Months Contract)

Location: Changi Airport
Salary: Up to $3,800/month (based on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

Join the Finance Division to support day-to-day expenditure operations, ensure timely payments, and contribute to finance process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify staff claims and reimbursements

• Ensure timely invoice processing in line with payment terms

• Investigate discrepancies flagged by Data Analytics reports

• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal postings and expense accruals

• Suggest and support process improvements for operational efficiency

• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new or updated financial reports

• Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years’ experience, or Degree with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and Concur is an advantage

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Able to multitask, take initiative, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Positive, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
