Our client, with several projects in hand, is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as Assistant Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist CM to manage a team of QS in awarded projects and tender
• Oversee Main/Sub-contract administration
• Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts
• Monitor Sub-contract payment, Variation Order Pursuant, Engineer Direction defense
• Project and Sub-Contract Final Account
• Claims for additional payment and EOT
• Safeguard company contractual rights

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Contract Law
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying in Main Contractor, preferably in building projects
• Sound Knowledge in Contract Negotiation and Administration
