Role and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Change Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for continuous improvement that aligns with long-term business objectives and drives strategic transformation.

  • Lean & Kaizen Excellence: Champion lean methodologies and Kaizen practices to streamline operations, eliminate waste, and deliver breakthrough results.

  • Culture of Innovation: Foster a mindset of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organisation, empowering teams to think creatively and take ownership of their contributions.

  • Recognition & Storytelling: Establish recognition programs to celebrate employee contributions and use storytelling to share success stories that motivate and inspire.

  • Minimum of 5 years in implementing lean, Kaizen, and large-scale transformation projects that engage and elevate the workforce.
