Are you detail-oriented and love working with numbers? We’re looking for a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to exciting projects across Singapore!

Position Details:
Location: Woodlands
Hours:
Mon – Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Salary: Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus

What You'll Do:
Prepare cost estimates & tender/contract documents
Implement cost-saving strategies & monitor budgets
Manage progress claims and contractual documents
Liaise with management, contractors & subcontractors
Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards
Conduct cost analysis & advise on project value optimization

Requirements:
Diploma in any field
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying
