Job Description:
Identify and manage sales opportunities and projects to drive revenue growth with both potential and existing customers.
Establish and maintain close relationships with new and existing customers through the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to post-sales.
Build and maintain strong, friendly connections with customers, ensuring long-term trust and collaboration.
Align with and execute the company’s sales strategy to target the right customers.
Conduct regular customer visits on a weekly visit and provide visit reports.
Participate in weekly management discussions to review, refine and implement effective sales strategies.
Identify and address customer challenges or special requirements, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Act as a key bridge between customers and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
Prior experience in backend semiconductor testing is an advantage.
Strong in communication, negotiation and analytical thinking skills.
Effective and confident presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as required for the role.
