Job Summary: The Business Operations Support role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the marketing department. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks, including coordinating marketing activities, managing schedules, and supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Facilitate communication within the marketing team and with external partners, vendors, and clients.
Content Management: Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and newsletters.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, including trade shows, seminars, and promotional activities.
Budget Tracking: Monitor and track marketing budgets, ensuring expenses are within allocated limits.
Data Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects.
Reporting: Prepare and distribute marketing reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign results.
