Position: Sales Executive (Automotive/Machinery)
Location: Near Ubi MRT
Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9.30am-6.30pm)
Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave + Transport allowance/reimbursement
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Manufacturer and Supplier of Automotive Service/Replacement parts- MNC
Responsibilities
Proactively manage existing customers and work closely with customers to understand and manage any issues that may arise
Identify and source for new business opportunities and develop new and existing customers
Work with the Managing Director on the annual sales budget, revenue, expenses, forecasts and agree on the planned resources
Provide monthly reports and visitor reports as necessary within areas of responsibility
Attend operations and business group meetings and exhibitions/trade shows where relevant
Process and coordinate client requests and/or approval documentation
Schedule and coordinate on-site processes, equipment pick-ups etc., follow up on customer and vendor inquiries
Develop in-depth product and industry knowledge and be aware of emerging trends, new products and competition status
Requirements:
ITE Certificate or Diploma or above
Minimum 1 year field sales experience in automotive parts/industrial/machinery industry with good track record
Able to work independently and comfortable with a matrix reporting structure
Willingness to travel for business at least 1 to 2 weeks a month
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications only
