HR Executive (MNC/Attractive Remuneration Package/Central) - #1104868

Our esteemed client, a globally recognised MNC, is searching for a HR Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
Liaising with hiring managers and agencies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, issue job offers, manage onboarding, and maintaining recruitment records.
Attend and organize recruitment events (career fairs, campus hiring).
Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Set up and maintain employee personnel files and system updates.
Handle confirmation, resignation, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
Track and manage leave, attendance, medical claims, and insurance benefits.
Support probation assessments and performance review cycles.
Process payroll, overtime, and statutory contributions (familiarity with Times Software preferred).
Ensure HR practices are compliant with employment laws, CPF, and MOM guidelines.
Prepare reports for management and assist in policy review and implementation.
Coordinate training & development programs and grant applications.
Assist with compensation and benefits benchmarking and salary review exercises.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resource, or a related discipline.
At least 3–4 years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
Good working knowledge of the Employment Act and HR compliance.
Proficient in MS Office and preferably experienced with HRIS systems (Times Software a plus).
Additional Information:
Working Location: Central
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: Salary up to S$4,300 + AWS + Variable Bonus
