• Location: Across SG (Islandwide)

• 5.5 Alternate Saturday

• Basic up to $4000

Job Scope:

• Provide on-site technical support to the Facilities Engineer in managing daily building services and M&E operations.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders—including contractors, consultants, and project teams—to ensure smooth coordination and timely progress of works.

• Conduct routine site walk-throughs and assist in tracking work progress against project milestones, highlighting any discrepancies or risks.

• Perform hands-on inspection of M&E installations to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.

• Support the review and compilation of technical documentation such as layout plans, schematic diagrams, and as-built drawings.

• Participate in meetings and help prepare reports and documentation for project tracking and progress updates.

• Assist with technical troubleshooting, minor rectifications, and coordinating corrective actions with subcontractors.

• Ensure workplace safety practices are followed at all times and assist with safety documentation when required.

• Coordinate site logistics and basic material management for uninterrupted project execution.

• Provide administrative and operational support for site-based activities and assist in ensuring adherence to overall project timelines.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/ equivalent engineering studies

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in M&E or construction project coordination preferred.
