Job Description:

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' care needs across primary care, hospital, and post-discharge stages.

• Provide counselling and health education to patients and caregivers on diabetic foot care.

• Support diabetic foot screenings and assist Podiatrists with foot care procedures.

• Design, implement, and evaluate new care strategies or workflows to improve patient outcomes.

• Collect and analyse programme data, supporting quality improvement and research initiatives.

• Assist in clinical trials by coordinating patient enrolment, data collection, and ethical approvals.

• Provide secretariat support, including preparing meeting materials, minutes-taking, tracking deliverables, and managing budgets.

• Cross-cover other departmental events and projects as assigned by supervisors.
   

Job Requirement:

• Degree or Diploma in a science or healthcare-related field, with at least 2 years (Degree) or 5 years (Diploma) of clinical or research experience.

• Comfortable managing and reviewing diabetic foot wounds.

• Experience in supporting clinical trial documentation and ethics board submissions is advantageous.

• Strong project management, analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SPSS, GraphPad Prism, or REDCap is a plus.
