Summary:

• Location: North

• 6 days work

• Security system (CCTV, alarm, door access)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and inspect the quality of M&E works on site, including security systems (door access, alarms, CCTV), ELV, public address (PA) systems, and structured cabling (fiber optics, network cabling, server racks, and network infrastructure).

• Manage, monitor, and lead the work of subcontractors and in-house personnel to ensure timely and quality execution.

• Ensure all installations and implementations comply with approved plans, specifications, and standards.

• Oversee the prompt rectification of reported defects, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily progress reports, photographs, and survey records.

• Enforce safety regulations and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with all safety requirements.

• Control and minimize material and equipment wastage during the course of the project.

• Oversee and ensure a smooth and complete project handover to the client upon completion.

Key Responsibilities:
