Job Scope:

• Build good relationships with clients and explore upselling opportunities.

• Follow up on new business leads to grow customer base

• Manage the full sales process, from getting leads to signing contract

• Track and report sales results and team performance regularly

• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Suggest ways to improve sales processes and strategies

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Experience in ACMV or HVAC system is an added advantage

• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals

• Good communication skills

• Confident in troubleshooting technical maintenance problems under pressure

• Results-driven and able to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
