Job Description:

• Assess population health needs in organization catchment area to guide clinical service planning and population health strategy.

• Collaborate with clinical leads to define service requirements, design care delivery models, and support integration across acute, community, and primary care settings.

• Oversee planning for medical equipment, facilities, and IT systems to ensure standardization, clinical suitability, and compliance.

• Support development of off-campus and community-based services, and strengthen collaboration with community, private, and VWOs to extend care beyond the hospital.

• Contribute to approval papers, legal/tender documents, budgeting, and work planning, and coordinate with MOH and government agencies as needed

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, operations, or healthcare services.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage procurement and operational processes.

• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure timely execution of projects.

• Prior experience in healthcare operations is an advantage.
