• Promoting the company's financial products, such as Commercial Property Loan to prospective clients.
• Managing and expanding existing loan accounts.
• Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to ensure market competitiveness.
• Building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers.
• Participating in sales and marketing activities to generate new business prospects.
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation for all business transactions.
• Consistently achieving growth targets and pre-set business objectives.

skills and experience required

• Minimum 2 years of business loan sales experience will be advantageous.
• Good working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented.
