About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a results-driven R&D Engineer (Food Packaging) to join our innovative team! You’ll be the key player in developing and improving cutting-edge packaging solutions, supporting new product launches, optimizing processes, and ensuring safety compliance. Work closely with our CTO and make a real impact on exciting projects!

What You'll Do

Support design and feasibility studies for new products
Assist in machinery installation and commissioning
Recommend and implement product & process improvements
Design and analyze experiments to guide product development
Evaluate new materials & equipment for safety and compliance
Draft SOPs and protect proprietary processes
Coordinate and support project management alongside the CTO

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Chemical, Materials, or Polymer Engineering/Science
2–3 years of R&D or manufacturing experience (chemical engineering or food packaging coatings preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools
Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and lab testing equipment
