Senior Estimator - #1104637

Responsibilities:

• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with other discipline estimators and engineers across departments.

• Review tender documents, engineering drawings, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs.

• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and cost build-ups using first principles and competitive industry rates.

• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to validate pricing and close scope gaps.

• Support tender submissions with cost data, proposal input, and timely clarifications during the bid process.

• Maintain and update company pricing databases; ensure bid accuracy, documentation, and compliance with corporate guidelines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimating for either C&S or M&E works.

• Experience in competitive bidding and tendering processes is preferred.

• Strong technical understanding of C&S or M&E construction methods, materials, and specifications.

• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, scope documents, and preparing accurate cost estimates.
