• IT Solution Provider

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• Up to $3000 Basic + AWS

Responsibilities:

• Respond to  customer inquiries via phone and email. 

• Generate Proforma Invoices, Delivery Orders, and Invoices using internal systems.

• Coordinate and prepare shipments and deliveries.

• Track sales performance and update sales data into the company's system.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Business Management or Equivalent

• Min 1 year of sales coordinator/administrative experience 

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts
