General Summary:

As a Stretch Therapist Specialist, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our members’ movement, performance, and recovery. Through expert-assisted stretching and active recovery techniques, you'll help members reduce pain, improve mobility, prevent injuries, and elevate their overall well-being. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping others feel and move better every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct movement and flexibility assessments to identify tension, pain points, and mobility limitations

• Apply assisted stretching techniques tailored to each member’s unique needs and goals

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of members' progress and session outcomes

• Educate members on effective stretching routines and self-care recovery

• Provide a calm, supportive, and safe environment during all recovery sessions

• Offer aftercare advice and suggest follow-up sessions

• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in your workspace and welcoming environment for members.

• Ensure all sessions are delivered in accordance with certification and safety protocols

• Demonstrate understanding of basic strength & conditioning principles for holistic support

• Collaborate with the fitness team to align on member recovery plans

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certification in stretch therapy or active recovery modalities (or willingness to obtain)

• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, or manual therapy settings is a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build trust with members
