ACMV Project Manager - #1104576

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage ACMV projects from design to commissioning.

• Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.

• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.

• Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and control.

• Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment for the project.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.

• Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of ACMV systems.

• Provide technical expertise and support to the team and subcontractors.

• Prepare regular project progress reports for stakeholders.

• Resolve project issues and delays promptly.

• Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ACMV project management within the M&E industry.

• Strong understanding of ACMV systems, including HVAC, ventilation, and related components.

• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex ACMV projects.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
