Project Coordinator - Precast - #1104572

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely delivery of precast components.

• Liaise with clients, site supervisors, logistics, QA/QC, and production teams to align delivery schedules and resolve issues.

• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular site updates and reports.

• Arrange and monitor workers to rectify defect on precast components at construction site.

• Attend coordination and site meetings, prepare documentation, and follow up on outstanding issues.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Identify potential project delays and assist in implementing corrective actions.

• Ensure project documentation and site records are properly maintained.

• Support project closeout, including final handover and sign-offs.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in precast, concrete, or construction projects.

• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to various project sites across Singapore.

• Good communication and coordination skills; able to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office; knowledge of project tools or AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
