Job Summary:
As an Sales Manager, he/she will drive business growth by developing winning sales strategies, closing key deals, and becoming the go-to expert in generator set solutions. As an integral part of our team, you'll be the expert in generators products, industry standards, and power system design.

Responsibilities:
Spearhead sales strategies and generate new business opportunities for our company.
Cultivate and close relationships with key accounts, end customers, consultants, and system integrators.
Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to secure compelling business deals.
Stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and PS solutions to fuel business growth.
Set budgetary forecasts and sales targets for the SEA market.
Foster key relationships with end customers, influencers, and contractors.
Analyze sales and market data for strategic decision-making.
Become the go-to expert in UPS products, industry standards, and power system design.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years in generator sets sales.
Proven track record in direct and channel sales, adept at engaging senior executives.
Strong technical knowledge of power generation products and solutions.
Results-driven with a competitive spirit for success.
Team player with an open-minded approach to interactions at all levels.
