Appoint personnel to be in-charge of public relation point of contact
Establish and maintain good relationship with stakeholders living/working near to construction site
Provide hotline for public to feedback
Prepare the Public Relations programme and plan to be reviewed by the Technical Manager and for onward submission to the client for approval.
Handle public enquiries, complaints, and feedback
Examine and take immediate action for any inconvenience to the public caused by the construction works
Coordinate with the Client and Corporate Communication on all press matters and information to public, supply of pamphlets or any other publicity materials that will be given to the stakeholders and affected public users within the vicinity of the construction works.
Assist in new project site set-up including handling Utility account, telephone line, mobile line etc.
Maintain general filing system manually or electronically
Validate and record staff petty cash claims for reimbursement
Other document control and site administrative duties.
Requirement
Minimum O’ Level
3-5 years of Public Relation experience, preferably in construction industry
