About the role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our new project team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the architectural design and implementation process for our construction projects.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate architectural consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Schedule, coordinate and strategy architectural works refer to the project schedule and plan
Check and submit for approval Method Statement /SWP /DWG / Brochure & Sample and all submissions for multiple Architectural works
Review, check and coordinate workability /quality/compliance of specialist /sub-contractor design/shop drawings /site works
Monitor, check and ensure implementation of architectural works on site refer to approved drawings and documents
Ensure project operations are in compliance with ISO standard and safety requirements, documented procedures as well as client, companies, building codes and authorities’ requirements
Coordinate site works with C&S, M&E & authorities
Support QS and Site team not limited to site architectural works only
Review clashes and other information from BIM team related to architecture; and coordinate with relevant parties to solve any problem arise
Function as support for ICE session
Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM
What we're looking for
Qualifications& Experience :
Recognised Degree / Diploma in Architectural, Engineering or equivalent
Safety certificate, e.g. BCSS
Min 3-4 years relevant working experience, preferably in the Construction Industry with main con
Technical Competencies:
Good knowledge of architectural design principles, building code of practice, and construction regulations
Strong technical skills in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
Proficient in the use of CAD/BIM software and other architectural design tools
With a completed experience in TOP/CSC process
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment
