The Role
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Skilled Fish Cutter to provide excellent customer service and the highest food preparation and safety standards. In this role, you will clean, weigh, and cut fish according to customer requests. You’ll use your product knowledge to help customers choose the right items and answer any questions they may have.  You will also maintain a clean and organized work area, follow food safety and workplace safety guidelines, minimize waste and assist the Department Manager to control shrinkage, ensure accurate orders and deliveries, and any ad-hoc duties as required.

• Passionate about customer service and process oriented!

• Possessing knowledge in the various types of fresh produce and products will be helpful

• Required to be able to carry/lift heavy goods

• To have the flexibility to work on a rotating shift, including weekends & public holidays
