Project Manager (Renovation) - #1104446

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore’s renovation regulations (HDB/BCA guidelines, permits, etc.).

• Resolve on-site issues and provide proactive solutions to meet client expectations.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of HDB/BCA rules, subcontractor management, and material sourcing.

• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and manage expectations.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or related fields.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project) is a plus.
