Responsibilities

• Assist HR Business Partners in daily HR operations, including talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, and employee engagement.

• Ensure timely appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment of staff.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.

• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR data management.

• Be involved in HR projects and initiatives, ensure timely delivery and alignment with the organisation's objectives.
