Assistant Manager (Tender / Business Development), Foundations - #1104626

Our client is a world-renowned international civil main contractor specialising in foundation works, geotechnical and soil technology and has strong civil engineering presence in Singapore. They are looking for a Assistant BD / Tender Manager to expand business opportunities for the company.  

Job Description:

·        Engage in the full tendering process and formulating bid strategies based on project requirements, stakeholder input and market positioning

·        Evaluate and decision making on tender risks and propose competitive rpicing strategies and cost estimations

·        Provide technical support on pile or load tests when required

·        Ensuring all tender documents and submission are prepared according to company policies and regulatory requirements

·        Ensuring accurate compilation of all tender documents (contracts, clarifications and records)

·        Recommend enhancement to tender process

·        Identifying business risks and opportunities

·        Stakeholder management

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent  

• Min 5 years of foundation experience and highly knowledgeable with foundation works such

• Min 5 years of tendering and bid management experience in Singapore

• Familiarity with local tendering process and government procurement code

• Proven track record of successfully securing large scale infrastructure or construction project

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
