Responsibilities:

• Supervise a group of store personnel, drivers and clerical staff to carry out daily work and commitments in terms of store function and delivery.

• Ensure that all inbound and outbound goods/materials are correct and in right quantity and good condition

• Take charge of all deliveries to internal/external parties for timely deliveries

• Exercise cut-off time for all store requisition to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of manpower

• Conduct physical inventory cycle count and ensure 100% accuracy of inventory at all times

• Maintain inventory control module in SAP system

• Work closely with other department to ensure productivity and efficiency

• Practice first in first out procedures in the store

• Responsible for maintaining store equipments in good working condition

• Any other duties as and when assigned.

Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with Management and colleagues in EHS initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE"O" Level

• Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics/Warehousing Management

• Posses relevant experience in Warehouse Management, Operation flow process, safety measures, first in first out and store knowledge.

• IT skills (MS Office). Preferably experience in SAP Warehouse management

• Able to communicate well in Chinese & English
