Job Summary:

• Basic Salary up to $5000, based on experience

• Working Days : 5 days work week (Monday – Friday)

• Working hours: 8:00am – 18:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tender quotations, ensuring deadlines are met

• Perform quantity take-offs and update changes during tender stages

• Source quotations and technical data based on project requirements

• Arrange tender interviews and negotiate prices with suppliers/subcontractors

• Prepare sub-contract agreements and letters of award

• Monitor progress claims, payments, VOs, and subcontractor certifications

• Assist in settling final accounts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Job Requirement

• Diploma or above in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction industry

• Proficient in MS Office and other Measurement Software
