Purchasing Coordinator (East) - 1 year contract - #1104348

Duties:

• Raise and manage purchase orders, track outstanding items and update material shortages in System

• Coordinate with vendors on delivery, shortages, and defects

• Work with Planning to resolve material issues and support production

• Monitor inventory levels and optimize WIP and finished goods

• Review usage trends and adjust stock levels accordingly

• Conduct supplier performance reviews

• Reconcile invoice discrepancies

Handle other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Power BI
