Responsibilities

-Engaged in repairing, maintenance, installation of imaging, analytical and testing equipment in Semiconductor Industry and Research Institutions.

- Provide technical support to customer related company's range of products

- Provide training and attend to the inquiries of the customers on the operation of the equipment

- Maintain the existing account for machine Preventive Maintenance, trouble shooting and spare parts.

- Involve in preparing the quotation, service contract and training material to the customers

- Complete and submit field service reports

- Cultivate and develop positive working relationships with customers, end-users and company personnel
