Key Responsibilities:
A) Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Prepare and send offer letters and contracts.
Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in onboarding processes.
B) Employee Records:
Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR software and databases.
Ensure proper eFiling of employee documents and confidentiality.
Prepare documents for performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
C) Benefits Support:
Assist in processing timekeeping.
Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Ensure proper documentation for payroll deductions, tax information, and benefits updates.
D) Compliance: Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
E) Employee Relations:
Assist employees with general HR-related questions and issues.
Help coordinate employee recognition programs and HR events.
Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
F) Training & Development:
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff.
Track employee training records and certifications.
G) Administrative Support:
Prepare HR-related correspondence (e.g., employment verification, letters).
Any assigned tasks
Qualifications:
Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
Positive and approachable demeanor
Collaborative and fast-paced work environment
