Key Responsibilities:

A) Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

  • Prepare and send offer letters and contracts.

  • Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in onboarding processes.          

 

B) Employee Records:

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR software and databases.

  • Ensure proper eFiling of employee documents and confidentiality.

  • Prepare documents for performance reviews and disciplinary actions.

 

C) Benefits Support:

  • Assist in processing timekeeping.

  • Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

  • Ensure proper documentation for payroll deductions, tax information, and benefits updates.

 

D) Compliance: Help ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.

E) Employee Relations:

  • Assist employees with general HR-related questions and issues.

  • Help coordinate employee recognition programs and HR events.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

 

F) Training & Development:

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff.

  • Track employee training records and certifications.

 

G) Administrative Support:

  • Prepare HR-related correspondence (e.g., employment verification, letters).

  • Any assigned tasks

  

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources or related field

  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

  • Positive and approachable demeanor

  • Collaborative and fast-paced work environment
