Snr / Occupational Therapist - #1104263

Position available: Perm

Location: Multiple Locations

Specialization: Geriatrics and Elderly patients

Setting: Day Rehab Centre / Nursing Home / Home Therapy

Working hours: 5 days, Office hours

Salary: Up to $6400 (Depending on experience)

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the client's physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and occupational needs to design appropriate intervention plans.

• Support our clients to participate meaningfully in their environment and this includes but is not limited to:

• Conduct caregiver training and education

• Prescribe appropriate aids or assistive devices

• Conduct home assessment and modification as necessary

• Participate in quality improvement, research, and collaborative projects

• Conduct training for therapists, support staff, and other healthcare professionals

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and service standard

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy

• At least 2 years of similar experience

• Possess a valid AHPC
