Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to anticipate talent needs and build proactive pipelines using data-driven sourcing strategies.
Champion the employer brand through campaigns, content, events, and advocacy programmes across multiple platforms.
Deliver hiring updates, dashboards, and talent insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate on initiatives that enhance onboarding, engagement, recognition, and a sense of belonging.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a dynamic agency or in-house environment, with a strong track record in hiring for corporate functions.
Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and visual – with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented, highly organised, and self-driven, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-centric environment, yet confident working independently.
