Responsibilities:

• Month-end, quarterly and year-end closing functions

• Data Collection for ESH Related activities

• Promotion of Safety Culture and Awareness

• Compliance to Legal and Other Requirements

• Contractor Management

• Process Safety Improvement

• Emergency Response

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or equivalent with minimum 1-year relevant working experience.

• Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) subjects as major.

• WSQ Specialist in WSH Level C.

• WSQ Manage Work at Height.

• WSQ Supervise Work in Confined Space.

• WSQ Assess Confined Space for Safe Entry and Work.

• WSQ Implement Incident Management Process

• WSQ Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan.

• Understanding of ISO, Management System elements and Singapore Legal Requirement 

• Understanding of MHI implementation and assessment
