Join our growing closet design & interior renovation company!
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to support our management team and daily operations. You’ll be involved in everything from admin work to supplier coordination and customer updates, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business.
What You’ll Do
Assist management with scheduling, emails, and general tasks
Organize meetings and take minutes when needed
Follow up on key tasks and ongoing projects
Coordinate with suppliers and track orders
Liaise with our China factory on production and logistics matters
Respond promptly to customer and team inquiries, and send updates on orders and timelines
Manage data entry, filing, quotes, invoices, and basic finance documentation
Work closely with interior designers and carpentry teams
Support ad-hoc duties and handle urgent requests when needed
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (must be able to liaise with China suppliers)
Good communication and writing skills
Detail-oriented, fast response, and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous admin experience; background in interior design/renovation industry is a plus
Able to multitask, prioritize well, and work independently
Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
