Support the implementation of strategic and integrated communication plans that align with organisational and branding goals
Assist in managing website and intranet content updates and publication processes
Contribute to editorial planning and content development for corporate website, intranet and social media channels
Monitor media coverage and social media platforms and provide timely update
Assist in developing media materials such as press releases, media kits, and FAQs
Support media outreach activities by identifying story angles and coordinating responses to media enquiries
Support the communication needs of stakeholders and collaborate with Marcom/ Marketing to promote M.Y World values and programmes
Draft and edit stakeholder communications and announcements for internal and external audiences
Assist in the development of holding statements, FAQs, and internal responses in the event of crisis
Participate in crisis communication drills and simulations to support preparedness
Job Requirement(s):
Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related discipline
At least 2 years in corporate communication, public relations preferably within the education sector or in a related sector
Ability to manage press releases, media interviews and briefings to enhance M.Y World positive media presence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content for press releases, speeches and digital platforms
Excellent editing skills, able to ensure clear, consistent and error free communication materials
