What you'll be doing

• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for new ServiceNow implementations and enhancements

• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and design documents

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of the business

• Testing and validating ServiceNow configurations and workflows

• Providing training and support to end-users on the use of the ServiceNow platform

• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve the ServiceNow solution and enhance user experience

• Maintaining up-to-date documentation and knowledge base articles

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst or a related IT business analysis role

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Experience in conducting user interviews, facilitating workshops, and eliciting requirements

• Proficiency in process mapping, data modelling, and creating functional specifications

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
