Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Operation Support in data center environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience in operational support, administrative tasks, coordination with internal stakeholders, facilities team, and external vendor and customer management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Data Center Engineers and act as a frontline liaison for customers

• Oversee daily data center operations to ensure smooth functioning

• Assist in planning and administering maintenance activities, including procurement support

• Update, upload, and manage customer reports and maintenance records

• Support internal and external audits, as well as assist with budgetary planning

• Maintain and manage contract documentation and records

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field, good to have prior experience in data center or facilities management portfolio.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills as the nature of the work requires to have customer support, vendor management and contract management.

• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving abilities

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Required to have experience in creating monthly reports for management/client update.
