About Us

One of Singapore’s major home-grown construction groups, delivering high-quality infrastructure and building projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. As our client continue to expand, they are looking for a driven Purchaser with QS knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, equipment, and services for construction projects.

• Review project specifications, drawings, and Bills of Quantities to ensure accurate quantity take-offs.

• Liaise with project managers and site teams to forecast material requirements and delivery timelines.

• Evaluate supplier quotations and analyze cost breakdowns to ensure best value.

• Issue purchase orders and monitor deliveries to meet project schedules.

• Manage vendor relationships and resolve supply chain issues efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with budget, quality, and contractual requirements.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records and support procurement reporting.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline.

• Min 3 years of purchasing experience in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction materials, specifications, and cost estimation.

• Able to read technical drawings and BOQs confidently.

• Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational abilities.
